Golden Warranty

Our Golden Warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of order receipt, regardless of product usage, and applies in the following cases:

•Receipt of a damaged or defective product

•Receipt of an incorrect product

•Missing or incomplete items in the order

Please note:

•Promotional offers that include more than one perfume are not eligible for partial returns.

•Cash on Delivery (COD) is a paid service. In the event of a return after delivery, the COD fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

•If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced immediately at no additional cost by contacting our customer service team.

General Return Conditions

•Return fee: 25

•The original perfume box must be included. Returns consisting of the bottle only will not be accepted.

•Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia and the GCC are not eligible for return.

•Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days.

•REEF reserves the right to decline Golden Warranty return requests in cases of misuse or repeated return behavior.

•Products purchased through the website cannot be returned or exchanged at physical branches.
